Waterjet Cutting: For thicker materials, we use our high-powered waterjets, capable of cutting from 1 inch up to 2-3 inches thick.

Returns
Since all our products are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing jacob@garysmithservices.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Refunds & Replacements
If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following solutions based on the situation:
A replacement of the defective or incorrect part at no additional cost.
A refund to your original payment method if a replacement is not feasible.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval.
Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

Orders with incorrect specifications provided by the customer.
Items that have been used, modified, or installed.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Because we begin processing orders quickly, cancellations or modifications are only allowed within 2 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, changes may not be possible.
